Entry: BACK TO M.A. STUDIES YEAR 2 Saturday, June 23, 2007

So I'm now in my third semester.  Whoopee!  Just to make my life more interesting, less boring, and extremely complicated, I decided to take 9 units this semester than the usual 6 units.  I'm taking up Organizational Behavior (my cognate under Psychology), TV Production, and Communication and Social Change.  Adding the working hours I have at the store, basically, I just might be brain dead by the end of October or, if I'm unlucky enough, suffer a nervous breakdown by August.  I find it so funny I'm just about to cry.  Haha!

I have accomplished 15 units already.  Adding the 9 units I have at present, that totals up to 24.  Do I even feel that I'm making progress?  Ironically, I don't; I feel as if I still have such a long long way to go, and I am just so anxious, impatient and excited to finish my studies.  I talked to my classmate who's about to take his comprehensive exams this August.  Well, he told me we have to take 42 units worth of subjects as we're in the non-thesis program; the comprehensive exam and the special project are not included, so those are additional 9 more units, I think.  I did the math, and at the rate I'm going, and should I continue moving at the pace I'm currently in, I might finish the 42 units by the first semester of 2008.  Not bad.  I only hope all goes well and that I don't fail a subject.

Keep your fingers crossed for me... so help me Lord. Shades
